On the day of arrival, your room will be available by 3:00 PM at the latest, but often much earlier.

In the email with the booking confirmation, you can find the digital room key. Click on it, and the screen, as shown in the examples, will open. On the day of arrival, you will receive a message from us as soon as your room is ready, and from that moment, this digital room key will work.

If you prefer the 'old-fashioned' plastic room key, that's also possible. You can pick it up at our restaurant on Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM onwards, and on Friday through Sunday from 12:00 PM onwards.

PS We kindly ask you to pay for the room online at least 2 days before arrival; only then will the room key be available. Below you will find an example of the email indicating that your room is ready and an example of the digital room key.
